The iO concept supports the registration process described below at over 150 homecare organisations in the Netherlands and Germany.
Forms no longer need to be completed by hand. The care that is supplied is recorded using the iO smart the iO TouchPro and the iO info (intramural). The correct data can be read into or from the system with a simple swipe of the care pass.
The Care Pass also provides the client’s digital signature.
The iO software is a workflow management program. We provide users, managers and administrators with an insight into the indicators, clearly showing how the process is running. We inform our clients about how the process is proceeding.
